Blue pen style Chaco Liner from Clover. The fine pen point permits accurate drawing of both straight lines and freehand curves. The fine point also makes lines and marks more visible and is easy to use with a straight edge. The mark is made with AS resin powder which leaves a fine chalk line on the fabric that can be brushed off - ideal for use with our quilting stencil range.
The pen can be refilled with Clover refill cartridges.
