HOW DO I MAKE AN ORDER?

To order an item simply click on the 'Add to basket' button on the product page. You can update quantities or remove the item in your shopping basket. When you have all the items you need choose a delivery option then press 'checkout' to proceed to the checkout. You can view your shopping basket at any time by pressing the 'view basket' button showing at the top of every page.

After the order is placed you will receive a confirmation email with your order details - please note that you must return to the website after payment to receive your confirmation email.

Every effort is made to represent the colours of the fabrics we sell accurately, however due to differences in monitor settings we cannot guarantee accuracy.

If you would like us to send a sample of a fabric please contact us with details.

IN WHAT SIZES CAN I ORDER FABRIC OFF THE BOLT?

You can choose long quarters (25cm x approx 110cm) or fat quarters (50cm by approx 55cm) on the fabric product pages. Orders of more than one will always be sent as a single piece, i.e. if you order 4 quarters of a single fabric it will arrive as an uncut metre piece.

CAN I RETURN ORDERS ONCE RECEIVED?

We endeavour to ensure that all orders are received in perfect condition, however we will give a full refund including postage if an order is less than satisfactory. Please contact us if you have any complaints about an order. If you change your mind about an order it can be cancelled for a full refund (less postage) within 7 working days after the item is delivered. Products must be returned in their original condition and returned to the address given in our Contact Details area. We recommend proof of postage is obtained on any returned parcel. If an order is cancelled prior to delivery we will refund all charges including delivery.

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?

We maintain stock levels on the website, therefore you will usually be told on the product page if an item is out of stock. If an item you order is out of stock we will always contact you to see if you want it back-ordered or if you would prefer a refund on the item.

IS THE INFORMATION I PROVIDE GIVEN OUT TO THIRD PARTIES?

No, absolutely not. Any information you provide is used only for processing your order, and we never store credit card details of any customer.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
