White marking pencil


Dressmaker's water soluble white marking pencil manufactured by Hemline. Perfect for marking dark fabrics, will usually brush off or can be washed off with a damp cloth or normal washing. Ideal for use with quilting stencils on darker fabrics, where the white marks will be highly visible.
