Adventures in the Sky - cosmic scatter (per 1/4 metre)

Adventures in the Sky is a small collection from Liberty consisting of eight prints inspired by a fun filled exploration of the night sky. It is lit up with conversational print designs including stars, rockets, planets and the Liberty hot air balloon, enabling the spaceships and astronauts to experience the glittering skies of the cosmos and beyond! Perfect for borders and bindings, this quilt fabric has a geometric design dotted with white stars, squares and dots, reference number 04775647X.

This fabric is 100% cotton and is approximately 41-43 inches (102-107cm) wide off the bolt.

Our most common question is 'What is a fat quarter?' The diagram below shows how all the various cuts of fabric are measured, but in short:

• A fat quarter is where half a metre is cut off the fabric bolt, then cut in half again parallel to the selvedge - finished size is approximately 20" x 21-22" (50cm x 55cm) including the selvedge
• A long quarter is simply quarter of a metre cut straight off the bolt - finished size is approximately 10" x 42-44" (25cm x 110cm) including the selvedge.
