The Clover mesh transfer canvas is a 30cm x 40cm canvas layout transfer sheet that enables you to trace quilt designs and transfer them to your quilt design without cutting templates. Simply place the mesh transfer canvas on a design layout, then use a fabric marker to trace the design onto the mesh. Next lay the transfer canvas onto the quilt top and re-trace the design - it will appear as a dotted line on the quilt fabric. Then wipe the transfer canvas clean (ensure you use the matte side of the canvas) and it is ready to use again!
Ideal for use with the Clover Chaco pens or water soluble pencils, full instructions are included.

I'm just about to start marking out my own meandering leaf fmq design on a large quilt. I love the fact that I can just wash the markings off the canvas and keep using it for different designs and anything that needs to be marked out. Excellent fast service from Pelenna Patchworks.

Did not work well with normal pencil for tracing so had to use a non-permanent marker. Transferred with water soluble marker which worked quite well.

I found it difficult to find a marker which showed up on top of the mesh.I eventually used water soluble pencils and had to go over it 4/5 times. However the pencil left very clear markings on the fabric

Very good product for easy transfer of design. I have used it with water-erasible pen which is more durable than pencil.

This canvas is easy to use and works well. The only problem that I have is that parts of my patchwork are a black and white pattern and I can't find the correct colour pen that will show up on the fabric. I have transferred that part of the pattern onto paper and will stitch and tear. Any one got any other ideas.
