17 inch x 23 inch rotary cutting mat from this economical range of Dafa self healing rotary cutting mats designed to be used with rotary cutters. Printed with an imperial grid on one side and metric on the reverse, these mats are made from three layers each of 1mm PVC for strength and stability. This size rotary cutting mat is our most populare, being both manageable but also large enough to cut across the full width of the fabric.

Useful size, marked up with inches and centimetres. Non-slip surface stands up well to the rotary cutter. The only possible improvement might be gridlines running across the mat at the half-inch marks - in practice just having gridlines at the inch mark is fine, because I use a long steel ruler to cut against and can easily line it up with the half-inch points on each side of the mat. A good, practical tool.
