Made by the experts at Vlieseline (formerly Vilene), this high volume foam interfacing is perfect for stabilising bags (similar to Bosal), providing cushioning to items such as glasses cases or mobile phone pouches, and garments that require stabilisation (e.g. shoulder pads, caps, hats etc). 72cm (approx. 28.5") in width.
This voluminous fusible foamed interlining is laminated with wefts on both sides and made of synthetic materials with high abrasion resistance. It is fusible on one side so can be ironed on to fabric - to fuse press with an iron under a damp cloth step by step, holding each time for about 12 seconds. Do not push the iron.
Easy to sew by hand or machine - it is recommended to cut back the seam allowances after sewing to keep the bulk to a minimum.
Washable at 30 degrees and dry cleanable, moderate heat iron.
Available to buy by the quarter metre, orders of more than 1 unit will be sent uncut, as a single length (e.g. for 1m order 4 units).
