Classic rotary cutter from the Olfa range. Smaller 28mm rotary cutter blade ideal for more intricate work. Comes with safety lock to prevent the blade being exposed when not in use. Suitable for left or right handed use. Now with Olfa's patented quick blade change mechanism.

All our rotary cutters should be used with a rotary cutting mat to preserve the life of the blade.
